If you haven't already tried it, now's the time - PicoLog 6 provides a visual, user-friendly interface that has been designed to be intuitive from the outset. If you decided to wait for PicoLog 6 to go stable before trying it out, these videos from our Technical Specialist, Ziko, will give you some pointers.
In this first video, Ziko outlines a few of the key software features and goes on to talk you through the installation process.
In Part 2, Ziko shows how easy it is to set up the data logging software and start capturing data. This example shows the software in action with the TC-08 thermocouple data logger, but the steps are just the same for all Pico USB data logging devices.
The PT-104 precision temperature data logger uses external platinum resistance thermometers to achieve high resolution and accuracy. With the new PicoLog 6 software, it's now even easier to use!
If you're familiar with the third-party frequency response analyzer app for PicoScopes, you may be interested to know that Roland Vanroy has posted two new application notes to help you with gain-phase analysis.
PicoVNA, the compact USB-connected vector network analyzer, includes a free software development kit to allow you to write your own applications. Now you can control the PicoVNA from MathWorks MATLAB using our MATLAB Toolbox. Information is on the MATLAB Central File Exchange.
Warwick Control's 3-in-1 CAN kit has PicoScope at its core
Warwick Control Technologies are specialists in CAN and related communications standards. Their new product, the 3-in-1 CAN Maintenance Kit, uses a new version of their successful X-Analyser 3 software to allow engineers to view the CAN bus signal on the physical, data link and application layers simultaneously.
One of the integral parts of this kit is the PicoScope 2206B oscilloscope, along with PicoScope 6 software.
