New Product — EL041 Thermocouple Converter

Pico Technology are pleased to announce the EL041 four channel thermocouple converter designed for use with the EnviroMon data logging and alarm system.

The EL041 is an important product in two areas, first of all it expands the use of the EnviroMon system to applications requiring the measurement of high or low temperatures (-270°C to +1820°C). Secondly, it forms the base of a stand alone thermocouple data logging solution - previously to record from thermocouples required the use of the TC-08 thermocouple data logger and a PC.

The EL041 has a list price of £199 (approx $367 / €298).

New Product — Commercial Vehicle Diagnostics Kit

A new version of our award winning Automotive Diagnostics Kit has been launched aimed specifically at the commercial vehicle market. Based around the ADC-212/100 PC oscilloscope, the contents of the kit and the software are tailored to meet the demands of testing trucks, vans and other commercial vehicles. For vehicle manufacturers, the library of tests/waveforms can easily be customised to suit specific requirements.

New Product — 2000A AC/DC Current Clamp

Pico Technology has a separate website specifically for test and measurement accessories. This site contains test leads, oscilloscope probes, load cells, pH electrodes, thermocouples and current clamps.

New this month is a 2000A AC/DC current clamp priced at £99 (approx $179 / €148.)

Automotive Diagnostics Kit — New Support Option

One of our US based distributors has asked us to publicise the new support details they offer for owners of the automotive diagnostics kit:

• Email Support. This is often a great way to get your issue resolved. I can't see what you are doing on the phone but sending me your psd file allows me to see exactly what you are doing and helps me to give more precise suggestions.
• The PicoScope Tips Article. This comprehensive article covers many of the frequently asked questions and turbo charges your launch with the PicoScope.
• The Autonerdz PicoScope Users Email Group. This email list server connects you with our users worldwide and enables you to share files and offer tips or get help from the group. This is a great enhancement for your PicoScope experience.
• The Autonerdz Community Forums. Access to the PicoScope Users section of the Autonerdz Community Forums.
