Unfortunately you will not be able to do this, you would need to really get a normal single ended scope and then use a differential oscilloscope probe designed for high voltages.
Is the 12 bits important? If so then you can buy either the 4224 or the 4424:
Appologies, just checking on the TA041 you can actually use it as its ouput impedance is 10kOhms, whilst the input impedance of the 3425 is 10.1MOhms or 12.4MOhms depending on the voltage range you select. So the low output impedance of the TA041 will not affect the gain.
Now using the TA041 you would have to use the current clamp adapter,TA038, so in this case you would make the scope single ended by connecting the TA038 4mm connector to the channels ground connector. See section 2.4 in the user manual:
So to sum up yes you can use the TA041 to do what you want to do with the 3425, however with other probes with high output impedances will affect the gain of your input.
Is there any particular reason you would want the differential scope? As a normal scope with the TA041 would achieve the same thing plus would be able to be used with other probes.
