How to order

1. Your local distributor

We have a worldwide network of distributors who will be happy to take your order. You can find your local distributor at https://www.picotech.com/distributors.

2. Online ordering and pricing (e-commerce)

All our products can be ordered online using our secure e-commerce system.

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta. Your card will be debited in your selected currency (GBP, Euro or USD). Products ordered by e-commerce will usually be despatched within 24 hours (see delivery and security information below).

Goods will be charged at the price in effect at the time of ordering. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Pico website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price.

Any duties and taxes due to local customs must be paid by the receiver on import. Pico Technology does not collect these fees.

If you know which product you wish to order, you can order online by selecting the product you want from our online store.

3. Order direct from Pico Technology

If you do not have a local distributor, or if your distributor does not have stock, then you can order direct from Pico Technology. We can normally despatch your order within 24 hours of payment. Please note that you may have to pay import duty when the goods arrive in your country. Pico Technology is not responsible for these charges.

Warranty and returns policy

All Pico products are manufactured to the highest standards under a ISO 9001 registered quality scheme and carry either a 2 year or 5 year return to manufacturer warranty (see individual product specifications). Bought-in products and accessories carry a 1 year warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Pico Technology. In the event it does not prove suitable for your application you can return the product for an exchange or refund. For a valid claim, the product must be returned in good condition within 14 days. Before returning a product please contact Pico for a returns number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

E-commerce security and privacy

All information about our customers is kept private and is never passed on to any third party (privacy policy).

Your order is handled by a secure payment website that uses encryption to protect your payment details. This ensures that your payment card details do not pass through, and are not stored on, Pico's servers.

Whenever you visit our website you should notice a small padlock symbol appear in your web browser. The address of the page will also begin with https:// rather than the normal http://. This means that (1) the information you see originates from Pico Technology and not from an impostor and (2) any information that you enter is passed securely to our servers with protection against eavesdropping.
