Persistence mode configuration

Post by ogilles »

Hi,

Indeed its long time ago I used this PicoScope 3000 with PicoScope® 6 - PC Oscilloscope software version: 6.14.10.4759

Having a struggle with persistence mode.
In scope mode all seems fine, the 2 channels with a trigger on channel A (see picture).

However, once in persistence mode, strange colors of non-existing channels are appearing. What do I wrong?
It's in 'digital mode' and saturation and decay intensity at 0% (not really sure how they shall be used).
Target is to have several captures at once to measure the delay on channel B (as slightly visible on next picture - but why the graph is not red as the channel B?).

Thanks a lot

Right click and select "Auto-Arrange axes" so that you can separate the channels to see what is happening. You will notice that the colours of the traces are not linked to the channel colours as you are using the persistence mode "Digital Colour".

Thanks - I've found the proper configuration. In advanced mode and data hold on 'infinity' gave the result I was looking for.
