6403B "Waiting for data..."

Hi,
I have problem with my picoscope. It stopped working and the PicoScope Software showed "Waiting for data...". I tried solution from this topic: http://www.picotech.com/support/topic11327.html ....but it not help. After start the device I hear sounds of relays, so I think that the connection is ok. I check if Arbitrary Generator work...and it work :shock:
So I think that the problem is broken ADC inside device. How I can check it for make sure?

Hi,

Try resetting the default settings (File -> Startup Settings -> Reset Startup Settings) and then restart PicoScope 6.

Also try enabling all the channels and connect the AWG to each channel in turn.

Another option is to take the MS Excel example from the PicoScope 6000 Software Development Kit and run the macro to try and capture some data.
