Re: Picoscope 4224 triggering how to get it to work?

If you go to "File->Save Current Waveform As" to save a psdata file and then email this to the team at support@picotech.com we will be able to check your settings and advise you as to why you are having problems triggering on your signal.

Re: usb connection

Without further details of exactly what is happening when the unit stops responding to your software it is difficult to offer a solution to your problem. If you wanted to create a workaround you may be able to add a watchdog to your application which will call CloseUnit to close the connection to th...

Re: C# Example in PS4000SDK_r10_1_0_17, Triggered Block prob

We have been unable to replicate the problem with the example code and find that it triggers correctly every time.

Re: Unable to open device. Status code: 0xC

Can you try using coff2omf.exe at a command prompt to convert ps5000.lib into a lib file for use in C++ Bulider XE

The executable can be found in the Embarcadero bin directory and is used :-

coff2omf ps5000.lib newps5000bc.lib

Re: Unable to open device. Status code: 0xC

I have been able to replicate your issue and have found an issue with the lib file. Attached is a modified file which has been checked with Embarcadero C++Builder XE so please use it to replace the previous version.

Re: some inconvenience of ver 6

We are working on adding additional functionality in this area of the software. An alternative would be to use the print function 'File->Print' to generate an electronic copy to include in your documents. This printout includes the notes section below the trace and some additional company related in...

Re: Problems with Virtual PC XP SP3

Re: Kernel Driver install does not work

L,
On XP the picopp files should be found in the directories detailed in USBReadme.txt although they may be hidden from view. Running DPInst for a second time should detect that they are already present, up to date, and therefore no action needs to be taken.

Currently we have no facility that will allow the software to automatically start up in the "Last Used" state but I will add your suggestion to the potential n...
