I have a problem during start-up from PicoScope 6.13.15.4081. It says that the application has to be closed. I attached a Screen-shot of that Error-window.
It does not matter if the scope (5442) is connected or not.
I used to work with a beta version and this worked fine until today. So I updated to the current version, but stating the PicoScope is still not possible. I also removed the SW and reinstalled it, and I also restarted the PC (WIn10 Home)
I checked with older SW Versions:
PicoScope6_r6_13_15 = ERROR-Screen, does not work
PicoScope6_r6_13_11 = ERROR-Screen, does not work
PicoScope6_r6_12_9 = workes fine
PicoScope6_r6_11_7 (Beta) = workes fine
Our development team have identified the issue. It is related to file signing.
We are working to find a work around but this will be fixed in a coming release of the software.
Are you running any anitvirus software? You could try disabling it to see if this is causing the issue.
Also have your IT department added rulers to stop unsigned files?
