ARINC429 PROJECT
ARINC429 PROJECT
The biggest hurtle was learning the software on the fly once the unit was received, and figuring out the connection points to determine the installation of the RX / TX ARINC429 data lines in the DITS system. The PicoScope made this makes possible in a matter of a day and for thousands of dollars less than any competing unit now on the market and has the added bonus of being , well, the Swiss Army Knife of scopes with the added benefit of being used for many other projects around the shop. As for my own personal use I am planning to buy a 4000 series scope MSO and applying its abilities to my Ham radio projects and other contract opportunities in my personal shop.
I'm attaching the captured dats we took from our initial use in the project for use by forum members; it is in Excel cvs format and one in an open source format as well.

Re: ARINC429 PROJECT
Many thanks for your post (Sorry for the long delayed response. I would normally be covering our Forum, but due to my workload I've only now managed to get back to looking at posts).
We appreciate the positive feedback, and the sharing of your findings.
