"ps5000aGetTriggerInfoBulk" Unable to obtain trigger information

Hi everybody,

I am using PicoScope 5444D MSO to acquire time-waveforms using segmented memory.

At that time, I wanted to get the trigger information, so I used the command "ps5000aGetTriggerInfoBulk".

If the waveform was acquired using only one-shot with one-segment memory, the trigger information could be acquired using this command.

However, if there were two or more segment memories, trigger information could not be obtained.
The error at that time was "PICO_INTERNAL_ERROR".

I ran the above tests on two sets of software, and the results were the same for both.

Set 1
PicoScope Type: 5444D MSO
Software: PicoScope7
Firmware1:1.7.15.0
Firmware2:1.2.34.0
OS(PC): Ubuntu 22.04
Linux Driver: 2.1.130.5654

Set 2
PicoScope Type: 5444D MSO
Software: PicoScope6
Firmware1:1.7.15.0
Firmware2:1.2.34.0
OS(PC): CentOS 7.9
Linux Driver: 2.1.82.3072

I would appreciate it if you could tell me why trigger information cannot be obtained when there are multiple shots.
