Disconnection Issues with ADC-20 and ADC-24
Hello,
I am having disconnection issues with ADC-20 to our lab PC. When re-connecting the USB it monitors voltage output for around 6hrs (sometimes longer) then suddenly disconnects. I've tried to reconnect the USB (the blue one connected to the unit as supplied) into different ports on the computer to check if that's the issue but the problem persists. I'm losing considerable data due to this which I can't afford...
Any guidance of how to tackle this would be appreciated.
