Extract data of Ethernet Signal through MATLAB Instrument Driver

I need to extract data of automotive ethernet using PicoScope 5243D through MATLAB instrument driver. I have implemented this data extraction task for a normal PWM signal, but I am not sure about the ethernet. for initial stage the basic ideas is to get the ethernet signal through Raspberry Pi or Arduino, feed that signal to PicoScope 5243D and perform the data extraction through MATLAB instrument driver. I need input on this whether it is doable through MATLAB instrument driver or not?
