Waveform Display Does Not Update

Using a 3000 series MSO with two scope channels connected. PS 7.1.13.17054 Win 11 Pro

The trigger is set to Advanced Edge - Either.

The problem is that the waveform display does not always update when a new trigger occurs. The waveform count in the top menu bar is correct and I can click there and see the thumbnails of all the captured waveforms. It seems to be mostly falling edge trigger that are not displayed.

How do I get the waveform to update for EVERY trigger event when in Either edge mode?
