Hello,
I have question about the max input current limit for both the digital & analog channels on board the Picoscope 2000a series 2205A MSO. I was unable to find it in the documentation (Datasheet & API guide) on your site.

Scopes only measure voltages and not current.
If you want to measure current then you need to use a current clamp or a shunt in your circuit.

If you mean what leakage current will run to the scope when you measure a voltage, then almost all scopes have a input resistance of 1Mohm and if you use a 1:10 probe this will be 10Mohm.
