2205A dont work on my laptop

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my pico 2205a.
I have a laptop with Windows 10 Pico 7 software but it does not recognize my Picoscope. I installed the software on another PC and it does recognize it.

Did you perhaps install the automotive version of the software instead of the test & measure version? 2205A will only work with T&M.
