Not opening up graph/data
Hi, we have a CM3 logger and have successfully logged consumption data and previously been able to see the results. I now have a new computer and have downloaded the latest 6.2.8 software but it is not opening up my old files. It just sits there trying to open up the PLW files.
Clearly I'm missing something but what? Any ideas?

Hi Pico-chu,
You will need to use PicoLog 5 to open .PLW files, as they're not used by PicoLog 6 (which has it's own file type, i.e. .Picolog files). If you don't have a copy of PicoLog 5 to install, then you can download it from here: https://www.picotech.com/downloads under 'Discontinued software'.
