Crash in 20s/div scale

I have a 4262 model with 7.1.2.15463 oscilloscope software and win10pro. I am measuring very low frequency sinusoidal signals (below 1Hz). Everything works fine up to the 10 s/div time scale. When I go to 20 s/div, to measure a 0.5 Hz signal having good frequency resolution on the FFT, the measured signal in the time domain seems chopped synchronously and doesn't fulfill the screen. And after some time, sometimes the software crashes, closing its window. I am using the internal signal generator to generate the 0.5Hz signal. Attached are print-screens of the same signal measured in the 10 s/div (fine) and in the 20 s/div (chopped) scales.
