Much less samples are collected under streaming mode

Hi guys, I need some help. I have a Picoscope 5444D. When using this scope with LabView VI PicoScope500aExampleStreamingMSO.vi, I found the total sample it collected is always less than what it shall collect in the required time range.
For example, I set desired sample interval to 16ns and let it run for 11.925s, the total samples it shall collect is 745M. However, the vi shows that only 154.9949M samples were collected.
Can I know why and how to collect right sample size?
