Looking for windows 64 bit build of ps3000awrap.dll
Tried to run the LabVIEW examples in 64bit 2020. The wrapper vis were broken (Picoscope\PicoInitWrapper.vi) as the 64 bit SDK doesn't have the dll ps3000awrap.dll in the lib folder. Found them here: https://github.com/picotech/picosdk-c-wrappers-binaries
but it would be alot easier to integrate if the DLLs were part of the SDK like they were for the 32 bit version.

The code has always been on GitHub so it seemed correct to include the binaries there.
Not all SDK users need them, they are maintained by the Technical Support Team and not the Development Team, so if we need to make small changes we can without the need for invoking the full build and test processes of the Drivers team..
