Unable to load data

Good morning,
we are using Picolog 6.2.6 on Windows 10.
Sometimes Picolog has problems to load data from files .picolog: it opens the file, it correctly shows the timeline and info about the file, but it doesn't load data and then it doesn't show any graph.
It begins using a lot of system memory (about 7 GB RAM), but it doesn't load data: it keeps on using a lot of memory for a long time (we tried waiting 30 minutes), but nothing.
They are acquisition files of about 8 MB in size.
The curious thing is that the problem is random: several files (even bigger ones) are opened normally and rapidly, some others are affected by this issue.
We tried different computers and different versions of Picolog (we also upgraded it to 6.2.7), but nothing.
Please, can someone help us?
