I recently bought a pico 2204a and have downloaded pico 7 to my MacBook pro. The demo works fine but when I try to connect it says the pico 2000 is not supported. Does anyone have any ideas for me? I am currently using mac os Monterey 12.6.

What version of the software have you downloaded?

With PS7 running in demo mode go to More->AboutPicoScope7 and copy and paste the text from the popup.
