We recently bought a TA369 MSO pod to use with our 6000E 'scope.
However, we can't plug the digital interface cable into the pod as there is a grey moulded plastic piece blocking the port as you can see in the attached photo.
We've tried pulling the plastic piece out, but it doesn't want to budge and we're wary of damaging the pod.
Please can you advise how we can remove it?

Please send an email to support@picotech.com and we will arrange a replacement, this insert should have been removed when the Pod was assembled.
