PicoScope 5000d FuncGen & Jump

Post by antal »

Hello everyone,

I just purchased a PicoScope 5444d and have to questions regarding the function generator

1) it is possible to use Scroll for small increments in frequency. Now it jumps for example 10,20,30,...80,90,100,200,300...

2) I observe that every time I change the frequency a kind of jump to 0 Hz occurs and afterwards goes to the desired frequency. Is there a possiblity to avoid that? Iis it possible to write in Labview a function that changes the frequency just when the last cycle ended?

Thx!

I had explored item (2) over here quite some time ago: topic21931.html

Unfortunately I don't think this can be solved without some update to the design of the scope and/or driver.
