Coupling Issue AC/DC

Post by dpccreating »

My AC/DC coupling is not functioning correctly.
Currently Channel A cannot AC couple, it's always DC coupled no matter the setting.
Currently Channel B is opposite, AC is DC coupled and DC is AC coupled.

It's sounds like there is damage to the input circuit for both channels, so I would suggest emailing support@picotech.com and the team can discuss the options with you.

Thanks, I've come to that conclusion too. But in this case, it's a new unit, I'm just noticing this as I have only used a single channel mode up to now.
