Save Configuration on Raspbian OS

Post by HarryHirn »

Hi

i am using the PicoLog 1210 with a Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspbian Os release Bullseye.
I installed the PicoLog 6.2.3

Everything is working fine except the "Save Configuration" functionality.
When i am trying to use that function the pop-up appears and i can select the folder, file name and tags.
After clicking "save" the pop-up disappears but the PicoLog main window keeps being darkened/blurred as if the application never comes back from the pop-up.
The configuration file is not stored either.

Any help/ideas?
Missing rights for writing the configuration file?
I can open configurations i saved on my Windows PC and i can store and export measurements.

Thank you.

Hey HarryHirn,

I am having the same issue. It worked perfectly before. I changed the storage location from the Raspi SD card to an external drive, and then it stopped working. Going back to the SD card did not solve it anymore.

Did you meanwhile find a solution?

Mike

Hi,

unfortunately i did not find any solution.
But i have to say i did not try to solve this for long.
I needed to do measurements, so i configured everything on PC and then moved the config file to the PI.

Greetings.
