Probe malfunction on 5444D

Post by Xelectro »

Have brand new Pico 5444D for about a week. And it’s been awesome. Was working on a compensation network for a flyback power supply when the FRA utility was reading my loop gain at -40dB. I spent 4 days trying to figure out what’s wrong with my power supply. Decided to swap probes and the results were as expected. I took the defective probe to my other scope and this is what I got.
This is supposed to be a 3V 1khz square wave.

Hi Xelectro,

Could you send your issue in to our Helpdesk via support@picotech.com, so that we can issue you a returns number in order to get the probe returned and resolve the issue.

Regards,
