2204A Faulty readings

Post by karpouzi »

Hello

I have a Picoscope 2204A which intermittently gives faulty voltage readings (voltage drops low, with lots of noise). There is an LED at the front (±20 V pk max) which keeps flashing, what is the meaning of that? I do not see it defined in any documentation. I'm only measuring 3v3 signals.

Thanks

The flashing led just indicates that the device is communicating with the PC.

Voltage level dropping and showing as very noisy could suggest a break in the connection to what you are measuring, check the cables connections and the probe if you are using one.

If you still have an issue take a short video showing the problem and post that.
