login issues - waveform library & forum

login issues - waveform library & forum
something is afoot and i don't think it's me.
i have a forum account and a 4425a plugged in.
half the time the forum doesn't accept my login. ZERO times has it accepted it from the waveform browser in PicoScope
and the Admin link for help is no longer valid.
SO.................how the hell can i browse waveforms?
Yes i was able to login the forum to post this message but that's about it. the waveform browser will not let me in.

The reason you can't access the waveform library is because you have created an account on our Test and Measurement forum. Please visit https://www.picoauto.com/support/ and create an account on our Automotive forum and you will then have access.
