PicoScope 4824 Trigger Mode greyed out

Post by ArneGreve »

Hi,
the trigger options in the PicoScope 6.14.23.5207 software are greyed out.
(Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 64Bit)

My PicoScope is correct detected: PicoScope 4824 (USB-Version: 3,0)
I'm able to measure some signals.

But the Software doesn't give me the option to choose a trigger mode
or a trigger channel. The trigger menu at the bottom of the screen is greyed out.

How can I reactivate the trigger menu?

Kind regards,
Arne

You need to enable at least 1 analog channel to do triggering.

I've solved the problem.
It was not a problem of the PicoScope software or my scope.
It was a windows feature ...
For an other project I use beside my two main monitors a small HDMI display.
In windows this display is arranged under one of my main monitors but I can not
directly see it, because it is assambled into a box.

When I click in the trigger mode selection field windows rolls down the trigger menu
to the small hdmi display, instead of rolling it up to my main monitor.
I've rearranged the displays and now everything is allright.
