Pico Failed USBdevice 0xFFEE (cyusb)

Post by botics »

Hello,

I would need help regarding to my PicoScope 5442D. If I connect the device to my PC is not recognized correctly and doesn't work.

My PC has Windows 7 (64bit) operation system with USB 3.0 ports.
I have followed the installation instructions in manual.
The AC adapter is ok has 5V output.
I have reinstalled the usb drivers for 3.0 but did no difference.
The LED is red on the oscilloscope.
What should I do ?
Any suggestion would be a big help.
Thank you in advance!

Kindly regards,
Adam
