Need help with FFT

Hi Everyone,
I am new to PicoScope and just purchased my first Pico 2206B. I hooked one of the input channels to the AWG output using a probe and set the AWG to 1Khz Sine. I then went into Spectral mode. For some reason I get two very different FFTs depending on whether I use a 10Khz bandwidth, or 20Khz bandwidth.
Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
