No Suitable Device Detected

Hello -- I have used my PicoScope 2204A with my MacBook for a couple years now with no problem. I am currently on Mac OS 10.15.3 Catalina. Today I hear the PicoScope click on, but on start up I get message "No suitable device found". I tried reloading software the PicoScope software. I tried connecting the Pico before and after software startup. I replaced the USB cable with another USB cable. Still the same message. Can anyone please offer suggestions of how to fix? Thank you!

This may be a Catalina issue with the drivers in the old beta version of the PicoScope software for Mac. If you try the latest version of the logging software PicoLog 6, available on the download page and which has been tested on Catalina, this will help to confirm.

Then contact support@picotech.com for further advice
