Pico Log program won't run

I have a new TC08 temperature logger and cannot get the Pico Log program to run. Program installation went fine, but nothing happens when I double-clic the program icon. Running from the command prompt gives a sequence of errors on line 246 of the file dns.js (see attachment).

Any suggestions? I'm running Windows 10.

Since my original post, I was able to get the TC-08 logger working with Pico Log 6 on a Mac and a different Windows machine. The problem seems to be Windows machines *not* connected to a network.

I discovered today that the Windows 10 version of Picolog 6 needs the computer to be connected to some kind of network. Internet access is *not* required, but simply plugging the computer into a network switch resolves my problem.
