Best way to find recording start and end time

I am currently doing long term testing and doing daily saves with my recordings. Is there a way to quickly gather the start and end time of each file so i can include the time between recordings within my data? I am currently setting up a table with the time format being set to UTC, but often it will not load the data towards the end of the recording. Thank you
