I know how to get a listing of the commands but is there a document describing the actual use for each and the complete syntax for using each?
For example, the list shows a Run command but the actual usage woud be Run.Pressed=True

There is no documentation for the command line automation commands.
The best way to find out the syntax is to go to the Tools menu in PicoScope 6 then open the Macro Recorder. In this press record and then do what you'd want to get the commands for and it will show what the syntax for that action would be for the command line.
