Hello,
How much is the minimum pulse width which external channel of Pico3205D MSO can identify?
Look forward to your reply.

As shown in the specifications the minimum detectable pulse width is 5ns for the digital channels, and related to the sampling interval and rise time (3.5ns for the 3205D MSO) for Channels A and B.
What are you specifically looking to do ?

Hello,
I want to use EXT channel to identify pulse signal. When the scope confirms the specified pulse width, there will be triggered.

The 3205D MSO does not have an EXT input, you would need to use one of the digital channels for this.

The external input can be used for rising/falling edges, or high/low levels so pulse width is not relevant which is why we don't have the specification for it.
