CAN End-of-frame

I have a situation where a device on the network sets the end-of-frame of every packet in dominant state.
Took me some time to notice this because according the PicoScope software the frames are ok.
The yellow marked part of the message EOF needs to be recessive, but the device makes it dominant.
The problem is PicoScope markes these frames as ok.
