software does not recognize 3223 anymore

Dear Sirs,

Your 3223 scope was great, but now it no longer works. I may have had a ground fault glitch or something??? Microsoft windows opens a little balloon stating that it found new hardware as soon as I plug in the USB cable. The red light comes on in the front of the picoscope box. Then when I click on the shortcut and open the software, it says that it found no device connected.
Are there any diagnostics I can do to determine what the problem is?

Thank you for your post.

It is difficult to tell if there is a problem with the scope.

However, you can try uninstalling your scope from the device manager and reinstalling the drivers. If this doesn't help, you will need to email us at support@picotech.com
