Using 2205MSO with Windows 10

I just cannot get the 2205 MSO to work on Windows 10.
Device Manager tells me the best drivers are loaded and the device is working properly. When connected to the laptop the red led comes on and stays on. Now desperate - please advise how I can solve this.

Are you using a Blue Pico USB cable ?

If yes then please work through the frequently asked questions document before posting the trace.xml file, or sending it to support@picotech.com
