Data logger

I have been using add 10 data logger for 5 yrs now. I am updating my pc but this logger with serial port input to pc will not work with my new pc running win7 any suggestions to update this please

Hi Subfuntres,

Could you please confirm the model of the device you are using - there should be a label on the underside.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the PicoLog (5.23.0) or PicoScope 5 (5.21.2) software.

Do you have a serial port on the Windows PC or are you using a USB to Serial Converter? If it is the latter, please ensure that the converter is assigned with a sensible COM port number (e.g. COM 3) in the Windows Device Manager.

If you are using a product with a 25-pin parallel port connector to the PC, then the product will not work with a 64-bit operating system.
