ADC-16

Hi,
New here, just got an ADC-16, working fine but I need it in a remote location is it possible to power it by other means than the serial lines, have check the forum, did come across something the other day that said pico can supply a wiring diagram is this correct. Cant find the post now.

Pin Name Usage
3 TX Data from the PC to the ADC-16
2 RX Data from the ADC-16 to the PC
7 RTS Held at a positive voltage (> 7 V) to power the ADC-16
5 GND 0 V line
4 DTR Held at a negative voltage (< -7 V) to power the ADC-16

Thank you Martyn for your reply,
how do I get +7 v and - 7v to power the adc 16 I can see it needs to go on RTS and DTR lines.

I have been in contact with support, have solved the problem by using 2 9v batteries, many thanks
