Please send the crash reports to support@picotech.com , this sounds a very unusual problem.

Re: 3204 hs ?

Check Help->About and, if the scope details are listed correctly, check that the software is capturing data (press the space bar) and that there are no triggers set.

Yes the second is from the console example running with my 3206a, so has the correct calls and settings for triggers. I will await the results of your tests.

Re: Problem Saving Startup Settings, also Keyboard shortcuts

Thanks for the feedback, I will mention this although it may even be better to save these settings from a menu command.

Re: Problems for controllable output for 5204

I would suggest putting in signals with a known phase shift (90 or 180) and see what results you get.

Re: Problems with the "slow sampling mode"

I would suggest trying with

R6.6.28 http://www.picotech.com/software.html

or even

R6.7.2(beta) http://labs.picotech.com/#psw6

as streaming has been improved significantly since the version you have listed.

Re: Picoscope 2203 - Incorrect Reading

Try connecting the awg ouptut to the input channel using a bnc to bnc cable, not a probe. If this still only shows low level noise contact support@picotech.com to arrange for the scope to be checked over.
