Same issue here, same PicoScope 5444D MSO. Tried adding all necessary files to path, tried with Python 3.7, 3.9, 3.11 just in case. Every time I somehow get past an error I get another, but the picoipp.dll error is persistent. My PicoScope 7 software manages to connect, but obviously nothing helpful...
