S12 & S21 Measurement of a Balun

I am using PicoVNA 106 to measure the insertion loss of a balun at 13.56MHz. I found that there is a around 0.1dB difference between S12 and S21. Is the 0.1dB gap common in the measurement tolerance at such low measurement frequency?
