I have run into similar issues trying to run the picosdk-python-wrappers in anaconda 3 on Windows 10. I'm running 64-bit python version 3.9.12. When I try to run "from picosdk.ps4000a import ps4000a as ps", I get the "[Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application" seen by other posters. Same here...
