Picoscope 7 fails to load on Ubuntu 20.04 when locale is not set to "C"

Hi, Its been a couple of times that I tried picoscope 7 on Linux. Every time it fails to load. My configuration is a relatively fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04. I have no particular problem with picoscope 6 ! My computer is configured for French. Now here is the good news : after tinkering for a while...
