Any way to diagnose faulty channel?

I have a 4423, and channel A seems to be faulty. Is there any way to diagnose etc.? With two TA167 current clamps connected to channels A and B the following trace is shown. The fault stays on channel A when I swap the clamps over. Note: channel A is +/- 200A, channel B is +/- 5A. Test current was 1...

Ah! Resolved my issue by installing PicoScope 7 AUTOMOTIVE

I using PicoScope version: 7.0.86.9656

My TA018 20A/60A current clamp is listed under the Probes section, but not my TA167 200A/2000A clamp.

Can my TA167 probes be added please (not as custom probe)?
