Problem solved!
I used the Method "OpenUnit" two times in a row. The variable "handle" set to -1 and the scope can't communicate.

Hi! I am using a Picoscope 6403E for a few weeks and it is working fine till yesterday. I am writing a application with MS Visual Studio 2019 in C# .NetFramework. The driver tells me "NOTFOUND" when I try to connect. But with software PicoScope6 the scope is working correctly. So I exclude a problem...
