Same problem.
Installed PicoScope_7_TnM_Early_Access_7.0.103.11796 for W10.
Keep crashing with read device and Demo as well.
Switched to PS6 back.
I have sent several reports.

Picoscope T&M ver 7. Still no lables ?? Are you serious?
Is that kind of special feature hard to do ?
I have bought 3405D and upset about it.
What strange thing to have this feature implemented for automotive series and disable for T&M?
