Re: AWG limitations for slow signal excitations

I there,
I still did not get any answer as far as I know.
I tried to manage with hardware circuitry in the meantime but that's not comfortable at all as you guess...
Any news ?

Many thanks.
Pierre.

AWG limitations for slow signal excitations

Hello, I need to generate slow voltage sweeps and very long pulses sequences to perform some data acquisitions but I struggle using the arbitrary waveform generator for that purpose. Indeed, the minimum frequency of any cycle (voltage sweep or pulse sequence) is 1Hz, which is too fast for what I nee...

Scope solution for impedance analyse

Hello, I would like to perform capacitance measurements of semiconductors to characterize them using a scope. I need to operate under AC small amplitude level (about 20mVp) and with DC voltage sweep (range of a few volts, say -4V to +1V). So I have at least 3 questions : - What would be the best sco...

Re: Generate and acquire signal at the same time

Thanks for the reply.
In fact, I would like to start Picoscope AW generator as an excitation signal before recording data on Ext sensors. What is the best option to trigger Picoscope data acquisition after starting AW generator ?

Generate and acquire signal at the same time

Hello,
I'm completely new here and I would like to know if it is possible to generate one arbitrary waveform excitation signal and acquire signals at the same time with DrDAQ module ? Can one module do it right or should I need to use two of them ?
Many thanks.
Pierre.
